What to do if you've purchased Vexly but your account still shows the free trial limit

Purchased But Still Seeing Free Trial?

If you've paid for Vexly but your account still shows the 3-subscription limit, don't worry - this is usually an easy fix.

Most Common Cause: Email Mismatch

Your purchase email doesn't match your login email. This happens frequently when using different payment methods.

Common scenarios:

  • Logged in with Google (your Gmail)
  • Paid with Apple Pay (your Apple ID email)
  • The two email addresses are different

How to Fix It

Step 1: Check which email you used

  • Check your payment receipt/confirmation email
  • Check which email you're logged in with (visible in Settings)

Step 2: Contact support

  • Send a Discord DM to @Vu Nguyen
  • Include both email addresses (login + purchase)
  • We'll manually link your purchase to your account

Step 3: Get activated

  • We usually respond within hours (often faster for paying customers)
  • Your account will be upgraded immediately
  • Start tracking unlimited subscriptions

Alternative: Log Out and Back In

If the emails do match, try this:

  1. Log out completely from Vexly
  2. Close all browser tabs
  3. Clear your browser cache (optional)
  4. Log back in with the same email used for purchase
