3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account using either Google OAuth or magic link authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

We store user data, including:

  • Authentication data from Google OAuth or magic link authentication.
  • Subscription information you add (names, costs, renewal dates).
  • Categories and budget settings.
  • Notification preferences.
  • Usage analytics to improve our service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and never sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with service operations.

6. Pricing and Payments

Vexly offers the following plans:

  • Free Trial: Track up to 3 subscriptions with basic analytics.
  • 1-Year License: A one-time purchase that grants 12 months of full access to all features, including unlimited subscriptions, smart notifications, AI assistant, and all future updates during the license period.
  • Lifetime License: A one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all the same features as the 1-Year License, plus all future updates forever.

Important: Neither the 1-Year License nor the Lifetime License auto-renews. You will not be charged again unless you voluntarily make a new purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscription charges.

Payment processing is handled securely through Polar. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vexly or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your subscription data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vexly is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Any financial losses from forgotten subscriptions.
  • Interruptions or errors in service availability.
  • Loss of data due to your actions or third-party services.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for premium purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features, but you may export your data before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
