Install Vexly on Your Phone

Vexly is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can install it on your phone just like a native app - no App Store or Google Play required!

iOS Installation (Safari)

1. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad
2. Navigate to vexly.app
3. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up)
4. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen"
5. Tap "Add" in the top right corner
6. The Vexly app icon will appear on your home screen
7. Important: Always open Vexly from the home screen icon, not from Safari

Android Installation (Chrome)

1. Open Chrome on your Android device
2. Navigate to vexly.app
3. Tap the menu button (three dots in the top right)
4. Select "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen"
5. Confirm the installation
6. The Vexly app will appear in your app drawer and home screen

Troubleshooting

Push notifications not working on iOS?

If push notifications keep saying "enabling" and spinning:

1. Uninstall the PWA (long press icon > Remove App)
2. Force quit Safari completely
3. Wait a few minutes, then reinstall following the steps above
4. Check Settings: disable Screen Time/Content Restrictions, Low Power Mode, iCloud Private Relay
5. Use strong WiFi and clear Safari cache if needed
