Dashboard Overview
Your Vexly dashboard gives you a complete overview of all your subscriptions at a glance.
Main Dashboard
When you first sign in, you'll see:
- Total monthly cost - All subscriptions converted to monthly equivalent for easy comparison
- Active subscriptions count - How many subscriptions you're currently tracking
- Upcoming renewals - Subscriptions renewing soon (next 7-30 days)
- Quick actions - Add subscription, view all, check notifications
Subscriptions Page
This is where you manage all your subscriptions:
- List view - See all subscriptions with cost, next billing date, and status
- Sort options - Sort by price, name, or renewal date
- Filter by category - View subscriptions by Entertainment, Productivity, etc.
- Quick edit - Click any subscription to edit details or mark as cancelled
Analytics & Insights
Get deeper insights into your spending:
- Cost breakdown - View spending by category, family member, or billing cycle
- Lifetime investments - Track one-time purchases separately from recurring subscriptions
- Spending trends - See how your subscription costs change over time
Categories
Organize subscriptions your way:
- Create custom categories (Entertainment, Productivity, Health, etc.)
- Assign colors to each category for easy visual sorting
- View total spending per category
Family Members
Track who uses which subscriptions:
- Add yourself and family members
- Set a default member for quick subscription entry
- Assign subscriptions to specific family members
Notifications
Never miss a renewal:
- Email notifications - Get reminded via email
- Push notifications - Receive alerts on your device (PWA only)
- In-app notifications - Check your notification center anytime
- Mark all as read - Clear notifications with one click
