How to resolve payment checkout issues and complete your purchase

If you're experiencing errors during checkout or the payment page won't load properly, this is usually caused by browser extensions or payment processor compatibility issues.

Quick Fixes

1. Disable Adblockers

Adblockers and privacy extensions can interfere with the payment processor:

  • Temporarily disable all adblockers and privacy extensions
  • Try the checkout process again
  • You can re-enable them after completing your purchase

2. Try a Chromium-Based Browser

The checkout works best with Chromium browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Brave (with shields disabled for vexly.app)

If you're using Firefox or Safari and experiencing issues, switch to Chrome for the purchase.

3. Use the Landing Page Checkout

Sometimes the dashboard checkout can have issues. Try purchasing from the landing page instead:

  1. Go to vexly.app
  2. Navigate to the Pricing section
  3. Complete your purchase from there
  4. Log in afterward with the same email you used for payment
