Need help? We offer multiple ways to get support, with fast response times especially for paying customers.

Discord (Fastest Response)

Join the Vexly Discord server for the quickest help:

  • Public support channel: Post your question in the support channel
  • Direct message: Tag @Vu Nguyen for urgent issues or private matters (billing, account activation, etc.)
  • Response time: Usually within hours, often much faster

This is the recommended method for technical issues, bug reports, and general questions.

Email Support

For private matters or if you prefer email:
